William James “Jim” Koser of Paso Robles, California, handed away at his house on February 12, 2021. He was 71 years previous.
Jim was born April 14, 1949 to folks William and Betty Koser and raised in Albany, California. He was a gifted leatherworker who cherished music, pictures, humor, motion pictures and baseball.
A devoted public servant, Jim labored within the monetary providers of the cities of Richmond and Alameda, California. On the finish of 1994, he accepted the place of CFO for the city of Morro Bay, California, the place he labored till his retirement.
Jim had an affinity for Morro Bay – pure magnificence, neighborhood and most of all of the workers. Ethics had been paramount to him and he valued his time as a member of the Rotary Membership and serving on numerous committees.
An avid San Francisco Giants fan, Jim additionally coached his two sons’ little league baseball groups for a number of years and served on the league’s board of administrators.
Jim actually loved spending time together with his household and later strolling his beloved canine “Buster”.
He can be remembered for his charitable work and the numerous lives he has touched together with his respect, encouragement and empathy.
He’s survived by his spouse of 48 years, Kathleen; two sons, Sean-Thomas and Brian James; sister Susan Lease; Brother John Koser; and the beloved prolonged household.
“Gentleman Jim” can be sadly missed.
