Barcelona continues to plan next season and Raphinha of Leeds United is one of the players they are watching closely.
The Catalans see him as an ideal signing to bolster the attack just in case Ousmane Dembele leaves the club this summer, although it is not yet a certainty.
Barcelona are aware of the financial complications they will face when trying to sign this summer and, therefore, they are hoping to bring in players free of transfer fees. Noussair Mazraoui is one of them, and they will face competition from Bayern Munich in pursuit of Ajax male.
A call option for Adama
Adama Traore joined the club on loan in January and Barcelona can sign him outright for €30m this summer, but they are unsure whether or not to trigger the clause. That’s a lot of money and would rule out the possibility of signing another wide player. Leeds want around €40m for Raphinha.
Raphinha is represented by the former Barcelona midfielder Decowhich could work in Blaugrana’s favour.
The future of Trincao
Trincao is on loan at Wolves and he returns cold to Camp Nou this summer, although the English side also have the option of signing the Portuguese for 30 million euros. Many questions remain unanswered.
There is also the question of Erling Haaland being on the market, but the Catalans are unlikely to be in contention to sign the Norwegian No.9.
